Ever since my first home computer as a teenager, I have known that the computer software industry is where I wanted to be. I love the innovation and opportunity that comes with solving problems through new technology.
My work history reflects this passion for software innovation. Although I began on the technical side of things, I quickly jumped to Product and have never looked back.
Rather than staying within a single industry, I have leveraged my natural curiosity and love of learning to successfully move and adapt to new industries and personas. It’s been an exciting adventure!
I have often been called the “glue” of departments and have a coaching leadership style: I love leveling up my team and helping them achieve their own goals.
My work has led to multiple successful exits, including:
- Acquisition – Accruent was a multi-billion dollar exit, representing a 3x valuation jump during my time there and they are now part of a public company
- Public Companies – Growth at Primavera and Vertex led to them eventually becoming public companies (via acquisition and IPO, respectively)

Head of Product
Hownd is a seed-round martech / fintech e-commerce startup with more than 1,000 small business customers with 45 million consumers using our B2B SaaS and B2C mobile API-based promotional marketing platform.
As the Product leader, I drive the development of innovative products aligned with the company’s overall strategic direction and user needs. Empower a cross-functional team of product management, UI/UX designers, and marketing professionals to work collaboratively and deliver high-quality products on time and on budget. Using agile development and lean methodologies, work closely with Engineering to ensure that our product vision is translated into reality. Responsible for market research, competitive differentiation, and go-to-market strategy, as well as product roadmap prioritization.
Results:
- Created and launched a new hybrid SaaS/mobile platform that now has hundreds of thousands of active users.
- Led 10 direct reports on an overall Product team of 15.
- The company increased third-party valuation 10x.
Director of Product Marketing + M&A Integration
Now part of Fortive (NYSE: FTV), Accruent provides proptech software to help real estate property owners manage their equipment and facilities across multiple industries, including healthcare, higher education, and the public sector.
Remotely built and directed a product team that translated product and service features into consistent benefit-based storytelling that resonated with facility owners around the world. Launched new products and services and presented at conferences in front of hundreds of attendees. Aligned and integrated acquired companies to enhance product offerings and ensure a smooth transition for customers.
Results:
- The company doubled its headcount and tripled its valuation in two years, leading to a successful multi-billion exit.
- Hired, trained, and oversaw a growing product team targeting new industries and international markets.
- Led 25+ colleagues on cross-departmental M&A launch teams for four different acquisitions in the USA and Europe.

Construction project management software from InEight, a Kiewit company, helps construction contractors estimate jobs, manage their bids, and then visualize, manage, control, and connect all aspects of their active capital construction projects.
Guided the daily activities of an experienced product team to influence the roadmap and deliver engaging content for internal and external stakeholders based on the differentiated product value proposition. I managed key aspects of the product lifecycle, including win/loss analysis, pricing strategy, product usage measurement and reporting, competitive product positioning and prioritization, and solution launches. Leveraged expert communication skills to confidently speak in front of hundreds of clients at events and trade shows, driving awareness and adoption of our products.
Results:
- The company doubled its revenue and headcount in three years.
- Introduced product marketing function and grew it into a 5-person team understanding customers and launching products.
